Since forming back in January, London-based outfit Archways have already cemented themselves locally with a string of live performances at the capital's Fiddlers Elbow and Camden Assembly, and are now ready to introduce themselves with their stunning debut single 'Phoenix Rising'.
Channelling a beautiful sweet and alluring indie-folk aesthetic from start to finish, 'Phoenix Rising' makes for a wonderfully captivating introduction to their sound. Jam-packed with sweeping textures, a vibrant atmosphere, and toe-tapping groove throughout, these guys have something truly special on their hands.
While things may only just be getting started for Archways at this point, it is already clear that they have a strong and confident grasp over their sound. With such brilliantly compelling songwriting within 'Phoenix Rising', we can be sure to hear a lot more from them as the year moves on.
