Bob Dylan and Neil Young will co-headline next year's British Summer Time

As headliners for next year's festivals head in thick and fast, two of the world's most iconic names have been announced on the same night for one of London's most acclaimed events.

Both Bob Dylan (pictured) and Neil Young have been announced as co-headliners for next year's British Summer Time festival in Hyde Park, which last year saw a bundle of great artists including The Cure, Paul Simon and Eric Clapton make an appearance.

Speaking about the new announcement, James King, Senior Vice President at AEG Presents, said, "Barclaycard presents British Summer Time has always tried to deliver the greatest possible one off live experiences for music fans in London and being able to bring together two of the biggest cultural icons together for this historic day of music counts as possibly the biggest event we have ever delivered in Hyde Park."

No further names have been announced so far, but both acts are set to perform on the Friday 12th July for the event, with tickets going on sale this Friday 30th November at 9am. Check out the tour poster below for more details.
