Bonobo and Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs collaborate on new single 'Heartbreak'

While both producers have looked to take a break from big and full-length releases these last few years, Bonobo and Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs have now teamed up for an incredible new release.

The new single 'Heartbreak' is an ode to New York City's disco revolution of the 1970’s & 80’s, sampling Christine Wiltshire’s iconic vocal line “I can’t take the heartbreak” from the 1983 disco anthem 'Weekend' by Class Action, and will feature alongside the b-side '6000 Ft.' for a 12" release through Bonobo's new OUTLIER label, arriving on the 13th November.

Speaking about the new offering, Bonobo said, “Orlando (Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs) was playing me a fairly stripped back idea he had for something last year. We spent a few afternoons in his studio trying ideas out and eventually, ‘Heartbreak’ was the end result.”
