Los Bitchos continue their collaborative adventures with ‘Conexiones’, a vibrant new single featuring Peruvian-influenced New York outfit Chicha Libre.
The third preview of forthcoming album 'Los Bitchos & Friends Vol 1', ‘Conexiones’ transforms the record's international spirit into a gloriously colourful meeting of sounds. Percussion drives everything forward as shimmering melodies, crisp guitar plucks and synths resembling sitars collide with distorted spoken-word passages and an instantly infectious hook.
Built around ideas of connection and internationalism, the track brings the two groups' musical worlds together without sanding away their individual character. The result is warm, psychedelic and wonderfully difficult to pin down, with sun-drenched rhythms constantly pulling the song towards its next surprise.
‘Conexiones’ follows collaborations with Ambrose Kenny-Smith of King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard on ‘Holding Cell’ and Sinkane and Adrian Quesada on ‘Hang Up (Pt 2)’.
'Los Bitchos & Friends Vol 1' arrives on the 13th November, before Los Bitchos head out on a UK and European tour in January 2027, including a headline appearance at London's KOKO on 5th February.
