After spending the last few years moving around their local scene and building their devout following, emerging Santa Barbara-based outfit Plastic Harpoons are now ready to introduce themselves to the world with their shimmering debut single 'Diamond Wings'.
Incorporating a bold mix of classic rock, Americana, and pop-focused influences, 'Diamond Wings' makes for a brilliantly warm and vivid introduction to their sound. With notable comparisons to the likes of Bob Dylan and The Rolling Stones with their retro and laid-back demeanour, these guys have tapped into something truly special with this one.
Things may have only just begun for Plastic Harpoons, but it is already clear that they have a strong and confident grasp over their direction already. With its beautifully mesmerising songwriting and captivating atmosphere threaded throughout, we can't wait to hear what they come back with next.
