The Go! Team return with new track 'Cookie Scene'

After delighting us with their brilliant 2018 LP 'Semicircle', The Go! Team have now returned to share a brand new single.

The new track 'Cookie Scene' is their first piece of new material since their latest full-length, and features guest vocals from rapper IndigoYaj.

Speaking about the new offering, the band's Ian Parton said, “The stripped back swinging percussion of ‘Iko Iko’ by the Dixie Cups and the loud crunchy shaker in Salt-n-Pepa’s ‘Push It’ were both inspirations and I’ve always loved the way Bollywood or William Onyeabor songs would have random laser beams and electro toms popping up. I wanted to mix the street corner with the intergalactic, to take Detroit to outer space.”
