Topping up his trophy cabinet yet again, Sam Smith took home his first Oscar last night after being honoured in the Best Original Song category.

His track 'Writing's On The Wall' was chosen as the official title theme to last year's James Bond film Spectre, and beat off competition on the night from the likes of The Weeknd, Lady Gaga and David Lang.

He shared the award with co-author Jimmy Napes and you can watch the video for 'Writing's On The Wall' again below.
