Amazon announce new streaming service 'Music Unlimited'

Despite an already overcrowded market place in music streaming services, Amazon have now added themselves to the ring with their newly announced 'Music Unlimited' service.

While they have already run a cropped streaming service through 'Amazon Prime', their valued customer subscription, 'Music Unlimited' is said to be vastly superior to their previous service by extending their catalogue of music from 2million tracks to just over 40million.

The news comes as Amazon look to push their new Echo product. A voice-activated pod that allows you to set up diaries, manage your day and, most importantly, play music. Echo had already been compatible with Spotify but now Amazon want to create a more cohesive product line by offering discounts to those already using Echo.

'Music Unlimited' costs £9.99 per month (or £7.99 for if you already have a 'Prime' account), with a £3.99 option if you're just using the service on Echo. And just like all the others, there will also be a 30-day free trail when you sign up. Check out the promo video for 'Music Unlimited' below.
