With her highly-anticipated debut album landing later this year, Lauran Hibberd has now returned to deliver a brand new single.
The new track 'Step Mum' comes accompanied by a brilliant new video, and follows on from the previously shared cut 'Still Running (5k)' ft. DJ Lethal in previewing her first full-length 'Garageband Superstar', which is out on the 19th August via Virgin Music.
Speaking about the new offering, Hibberd explained, “If you’ve been lucky enough to have not had one for yourself, you’ve probably already met her in a movie. I just realised there were not enough songs in the world about step mums, I had a big desire to change that. This song is as equally funny to me as it is scary for my dad. For legal reasons, this is not about my own stepmother”.
