The frontman's new album 'Why Me? Why Not' is out in September

With his eagerly-anticipated new album set to arrive in the coming months, Liam Gallagher has now unveiled the next cut to be lifted from his forthcoming full-length.

The new single 'The River' follows on from the previously shared lead track 'Shockwave' in previewing his sophomore LP 'Why Me? Why Not', which is due to be released on the 20th September via Warner Records.
