Rooted in the warm, unhurried charm that’s long defined their sound, this new EP finds the Oklahoma City outfit leaning into atmosphere over urgency, inviting us to roll the windows down, breathe a little deeper, and just coast.

Recorded in their home studio, 'El Camino' wins you over with its subtle textures, tasteful restraint, and that unmistakable sense of comfort the band has always excelled at. If previously shared tracks like 'Nobody Move' hinted at their ability to create space within a song, this EP expands that idea into something fuller, yet still wonderfully uncluttered.

There’s a lot to love in how The Nghiems approach production here. The guitars are clean but not clinical, the percussion gentle but persistent, and the vocals float just enough above the mix to draw you in without breaking the spell.
