Following on from the release of their highly-praised LP '9' near the end of last year, Pond have now returned to deliver a brand new single.
The new track 'Lights Of Leeming' comes accompanied by a stunning self-directed new video, and will feature on the deluxe edition of '9', which is out on the 20th May via Spinning Top Records.
Speaking about the new offering, the band's Nicholas Allbrook said, “Lights of Leeming is a true story about the crushing boredom of suburbia and the wild and destructive things people do to break the monotony, to see that there's at least something you can do to affect your surroundings - to be seen and validated as a real, existent part of the world - even if it's just breaking something or getting in trouble. It's pretty dumb fun, but dumb fun is important, right?”
