The Prodigy detail new single 'Nasty Nasty'

While rumours and speculation about the return of The Prodigy have been rampant this year, the group have finally made an official announcement concerning their latest material.

A new single called 'Nasty Nasty' is due to be unveiled by the band in the coming weeks, as well as a new studio album, due for release sometime in February.

This will be the first piece of original material from The Prodigy since their 2009 full-length 'Invaders Must Die', and considering the ever-changing face of electronic music since then and now, we can only hope they are back to blow all the competition away once again.

The group also posted an image of the single's artwork on Instagram, which you can see below.
