Arctic Monkeys will not share any singles before new album's release

After announcing the details of their long-awaited new album earlier this month, Arctic Monkeys have now revealed that they are not planning to share any of the album's content before its release date next month.

The move, as reported by Pitchfork, has come from somewhere in the band but not frontman Alex Turner, who mentioned in an interview that "Jamie (Cook) was really keen on that idea, and I guess people at Domino. But it didn't come from me. I understand it, I think."

The band's sixth studio album 'Tranquillity Base Hotel & Casino' is out on the 11th May via Domino Records, but you can at least check out the trailer again in the player below.
