With her eagerly-awaited debut mixtape arriving later next month, Biig Piig has now dropped the next cut lifted from her forthcoming collection.
The new single 'Picking Up' sees her team up with Deb Never for the release, and follows on from the previously shared tracks 'This Is What They Meant' and 'Kerosene' in previewing her debut mixtape 'Bubblegum', which is out on the 20th January via RCA Records.
Speaking about the new offering, she said, “Picking Up’ is about wanting to run, get outside of your body, or go and punch something…anything to get the feeling out. I just love Deb and her energy: the track itself is heavy, but we had a lot of fun making a song about following anxiety and chaos.”
While Deb Never added, “I’ve been a fan of Biig Piig for a while now so it holds dear to me that we created something special, especially with Mac Wetha, who is a close friend and who produced on the track. I’m elated to be a part of this song.”
