When US singer-songwriter Clairo released her breakthrough debut LP 'Immunity', she was only just about to turn 19, and had already found herself as one of the more exciting names emerging that year. Since then, her tenure has grown from strength to strength, largely thanks to the worldwide acclaim behind her sophomore release 'Sling' in 2021. But now looking to approach her music in a more refined and progressive way, she returns with her eagerly-awaited third studio album 'Charm', a record that showcases a more lofty side to her sound throughout.

While still very much keeping that woozy Clairo aesthetic at the helm, 'Charm' comes across as a far more inventive listen from beginning to end. Exploring a more ambitious and adventurous approach to production, this new collection feels like a strong and assured step forward in her musical evolution to date.
