Swedish pop artist Ellen Benediktson has shared her new single 'Jealousy', the latest preview of her upcoming EP 'WID4L', which lands on May 15th via Icons Creating Evil Art.
Arriving as the follow-up to her debut EP 'Good Girl', the new release finds Benediktson leaning into a darker and more electronic sound. Pulsing synths and tight, urgent production drive the track forward, while her vocal performance captures the push and pull between confidence and vulnerability.
At its core, 'Jealousy' explores the uncomfortable realities of comparison and self-doubt, turning a difficult emotion into something honest and relatable rather than hiding from it. It’s another example of her ability to pair sharp pop hooks with lyrical depth.
The forthcoming 'WID4L' EP is set to expand on those themes, exploring impulse, desire and self-awareness through a bold new sonic direction that moves beyond the pop-rock textures of her earlier work.
Alongside the new release, Benediktson is also preparing for two showcase appearances at Tallinn Music Week this April, with more live dates expected to follow.
Stream 'Jealousy' now ahead of the arrival of 'WID4L' on May 15th.
