Gorillaz drop surprise EP 'Meanwhile'

After recently performing a pair of live shows for NHS workers at London's O2 Arena, Gorillaz have now delivered a brand new surprise EP.

The new three-track collection 'Meanwhile' sees guest appearances from the likes of AJ Tracey, Jelani Blackman, and Alicaì Harley, and pays homage to West London and the Notting Hill Carnival, which has been on hold for the past two years because of the pandemic.

Speaking about the new release, the band's 2D said, "Meanwhile Gardens are just round the corner from Memory Lane. If you get to Crawley you've gone too far."
