With his highly-anticipated new album now just a few weeks away, GUM has now dropped the next cut to be lifted from his forthcoming full-length.
The new single 'Music Is Bigger Than Hair' follows on from the previously shared tracks 'Would It Pain You To See?' and 'Race To The Air' in previewing his new LP 'Saturnia', which is out on the 15th September via Spinning Top Records.
Speaking about the new offering, he said, “Music Is Bigger Than Hair is a funny title, I think it’s referring to me getting older and feeling my mortality a little bit more, or at least my worth as a musician being tied up in the way I look. Feeling like it’s affecting my music, as if it has anything to do with it. Musically it’s one of my favourites because of Jesse Kotansky's beautiful string arrangement.”
