Jehnny Beth announces new album 'You Heartbreaker, You'

Jehnny Beth returns with 'You Heartbreaker, You', her rawest and most urgent work to date, set for release on the 29th August via Fiction Records. The acclaimed singer, songwriter, and former Savages frontwoman marks the announcement with lead single ‘Broken Rib’, a visceral anthem that captures the resilience of breathing through pain.

“I knew that if I was going to sing again, it had to start with a scream,” Jehnny says. On ‘Broken Rib’, she delivers that promise with searing intensity, echoing the spirit of her post-punk roots while forging something darker and more defiant.

The single is accompanied by a surreal, haunting video co-directed by Jehnny Beth and longtime collaborator Johnny Hostile, who also produced the album at their 20L07 studio in France. Together, they’ve crafted a cathartic sonic world that reflects our fractured reality.
