Real Estate unveil augmented reality live show 'Quarantour'

Things may be in a state of flux right now with live shows and festivals canceled globally, but that hasn't stopped Real Estate from providing their fans with a truly inventive live streaming experience.

In lieu of the band's recently cancelled live shows, they have created the 'Quarantour' alongside independent creative agency CALLEN, which will allow fans to stream eight songs performed live anywhere they wish. All you need is an iPhone or Android device and head over to realestatequarantour.com to get started.

Speaking about their latest venture, the band added, “Sadly, we’re all stuck indoors right now. And it seemed to us like we could all use a few songs now more than ever. We hope this brings good times into your homes, wherever they are.”

With CALLEN CCO Craig Allen explaining, “Collectively we wondered if there was a way to bring a live experience to fans when no one can leave their home. Instead of having a set time when everyone must join a live stream, what if we could make this an on demand experience people could use whenever/wherever the feeling strikes? That's what augmented reality affords us.”
