TOP OF THE TRACKS - 10.04.17

A weekly peep at what's hot.

'BONIRE' – THE BIG MOON

Full of the most intricate and gritty riffs and authentic lyrics, a true Monday morning “if the gates are open I’m not beepin” my oyster’ track. (We beeped our oysters) (shout to out TFL) (sometimes).

'MY LOVER CINDY' – MARIKA HACKMAN

Because we couldn’t help but double up on The big Moon, apparently. The song gives us delicate hooks, featuring unruffled harmonies and vocal layering from the pair up. 9.9/10 because it’s only Monday, and we need room for improvement.

'BETWEEN THE LINES' – FRANCIS NOVOTNY

Rich, ritualistic Swedish Pop. Seriously enveloping dirty electronic beets with the silkiest of vocals. Try and listen just once.

'FACE ON' – IDER

Featured on new EP 'Git Me Like An Animal' - with nonchalant vocals, honest lyrics and Banks-esque beats. Chill pop perfect for a Monday morning (and pretty much all week, always).

'BETTER – SKYLAR FRI'

A mix of smooth synth and R&B like beats built up with rattling electronic layers, all brought back to classic cool with serene and un-frenzied vocals.
