Mitski returns with new single 'Working For The Knife'

Having kept herself busy with a variety of other projects since her wonderful 2018 studio album 'Be The Cowboy', Mitski has now returned to share a brand new single.

The new track 'Working For The Knife' marks her first piece of original solo material in three years, was produced by Patrick Hyland, and comes accompanied by a brilliant new video, directed by Zia Anger.

Speaking about the new offering, she said, "It’s about going from being a kid with a dream, to a grown up with a job, and feeling that somewhere along the way you got left behind. It’s being confronted with a world that doesn’t seem to recognize your humanity, and seeing no way out of it."
