Prince's unreleased track 'Electric Intercourse' surfaces

To commemorate the passing of musical icon Prince last year, his former label NPG/Warner Bros announced plans to reissue his classic 1984 album 'Purple Rain', and have now shared an unreleased track from those recording sessions.

The unheard track 'Electric Intercourse' will feature on a new deluxe edition of the rerelease, and according to the imprint, is one of 11 newly added singles. Six of which have allegedly never seen the light of day.

The remastered deluxe edition of 'Purple Rain' is due out on the 23rd June, and you can check out a snippet of 'Electric Intercourse' in the player below.
