Alex Stanilla unveils new single 'Who Cares'

Pennsylvania singer-songwriter Alex Stanilla returns with one of his most personal releases yet in 'Who Cares', a heartfelt new single that transforms lived experience into an uplifting alt-country anthem.

Blending the thoughtful songwriting of Americana with an instantly memorable, guitar-driven hook, the track reflects on the emotional highs and lows of rebuilding life after addiction. But rather than dwelling solely on hardship, Stanilla captures the uncertainty, resilience and small victories that define recovery, delivering a performance that feels both candid and hopeful.

Recorded at Lancaster’s Kaleidoscope studio alongside longtime collaborators Ben Roth, Joe Fuscia and producer John Smith, 'Who Cares' balances introspective verses with an expansive chorus that leaves a lasting impression. While the title takes inspiration from an unexpected moment of reassurance, turning a simple phrase into a message of self-acceptance and perseverance.

Serving as the centrepiece of Alex Stanilla’s forthcoming EP 'A Show That Nobody Saw', due later this year, 'Who Cares' showcases a songwriter continuing to refine his craft while proving that some of the most compelling songs come from life’s hardest chapters.
