Phoenix-based musician, composer and painter Allan Jamisen has unveiled his latest single 'Leave It All Behind', a cinematic rock track exploring the desire for freedom, reinvention and the possibility of starting over.
Combining moody alternative rock with sophisticated pop influences, the single features haunting acoustic guitars, atmospheric synthesisers, rhythmic percussion and soulful backing harmonies.
Inspired by the idea of an impulsive road trip, 'Leave It All Behind' examines the temptation to escape difficult circumstances, whether through a new relationship, a change of scenery or the pursuit of an entirely different life.
The single was also produced alongside Los Angeles engineer and producer John X Volaitis, whose previous credits include The Rolling Stones, Tracy Chapman, Bonnie Raitt and Michael Hutchence.
