Animal Collective announce new album 'Tangerine Reef'

After performing an hour-long set of new material dubbed 'Coral Orgy' back in February, inspired by the reefs and set to visuals, Animal Collective have now announced their plans to bring that audio-visual experience to their next studio album.

The new full-length 'Tangerine Reef' will come as a two-part release, one as a 13-track LP and the other a new film set to accompany it. Both of the releases are set to arrive on the 17th August via Domino Recordings, and are being previewed by the lead single 'Hair Cutter'.
