While acts like Ed Sheeran and Jack Garrett have looked to reinvent the singer-songwriter pretence over the last few years, it is still nice to hear an artist that is capable of bringing such rich beauty to a song with a minimal amount of production.
Armed with little more than a silky-smooth voice and laid-back playing style, Tom Walker has already begun his plans for world domination with his hotly-anticiapted new EP 'Blessings'. With the recent arrival of the release's title-track and its predecessor 'Just You & I', which has already amassed 12million plays, things are already rising fast for this Scottish-born, Manchester-bred newcomer.
With support from the likes of BBC Radio 1, Clash Magazine, Beats 1, and BBC 1Xtra, not to mention a performance on US TV's Today Show, as well as sold out shows in LA and New York, Tom's next EP 'Blessings' is sure to kick off a riot when it lands on the 12th May via Relentless Records.
