Originally making a name for herself as Charli XCX's bass player, CuckooLander aka Holly Hardy has broken out on her own to share her brand new single 'Crazier', a catchy foot-stomper that is set to invade your brain like the sneaky earworm it is.
Produced by former Vampire Weekend man Rostam Batmanglij, 'Crazier' kicks in with a instantly-likeable bassline, before opening up with a whole host of psychedelic production, all wrapped up in Hardy's brilliantly echoed vocal performance.
Much like other pop-rock outfits of the day such as Haim and CHVRCHES, CuckooLander has that familiar yet unique sound that sets her apart from the rest, and we are sure that this is just the beginning of a great solo career for the bassist.
