As we get into the summer months, the allure of festivals begins to overwhelm us. But if you are heading out to a muddy field this year, there is a damn good chance you might end up seeing Manchester-based newcomers Spring King.
Playing at a huge number of indie hotspots like Field Day, Reading & Leeds, Blissfields and most recently at The Great Escape, Spring King have hotly become one of the most talked about bands in the UK at the moment.
Thanks to their heady mix of uplifting indie anthems and down to earth persona, the band have been receiving huge amounts of national press as well as daytime radio play from both BBC Radio 1 and XFM.
It may still be early days for the four-piece but considering how much of an impact they have had already, the rest of the summer is looking very promising for them.
