Having already made an explosive impression in their Australian homeland this past year, Melbourne-based five-piece Radio Free Alice are now looking to break onto the UK shores with the release of their eagerly-awaited self-titled debut EP.
Featuring a string of vibrant indie-rock ditties from the last few months, this new four-track collection highlights exactly why so many have already begun flocking to their sound of late. With a refreshing take on the guitar-driven sound, quirky hooks, and toe-tapping energy layered throughout, it already feels like Radio Free Alice are going to feel right at home on this side of the world as well.
Speaking about the new release, they said, “The EP, in many ways, is a homage to our favourite artists. It’s post-punky, but melodic. It’s a collection of some new and some older songs that we felt marked a good place to start.”
