Baltimore’s hardcore powerhouse Jivebomb is back with a vengeance. The band have announced their debut full-length album 'ETHEREAL', set for release on the 28th March via Flatspot Records. Following their 2021 demo and the acclaimed 'Primitive Desires' EP, 'ETHEREAL' takes Jivebomb’s unrelenting energy to new heights—delivering ten tracks of pure chaos that fuse hardcore, grindcore, and atmospheric sound design into a crushing sonic assault.
Recorded with Ben Greenberg (Uniform) at Circular Ruin in Brooklyn, NY, 'ETHEREAL' cements Jivebomb as one of the most intense and fearless bands emerging from the hardcore scene today. Alongside the album announcement, they have unleashed their blistering lead single 'Survival Ain't Taught', a minute-and-a-half gut-punch of breakneck hardcore, vibrating with thick guitars and Kat Madeira’s ferocious vocal snarl.
The track’s music video is a bold visual statement, drawing inspiration from ‘90s hip-hop aesthetics while capturing the raw power of Jivebomb’s presence. Watch it below.
