South London musician, songwriter and producer Henry Coke has returned with his new single 'I Want To Feel It In My Heart', released via 5dB Records alongside an accompanying cinematic video.
The track serves as an intimate reflection on faith, uncertainty and the search for meaning, exploring the experience of longing for the comfort and certainty that belief can offer while struggling to find it for yourself. Rather than providing answers, the song sits with difficult questions, examining silence, doubt and the desire for belonging with striking honesty.
Raised in a family with deep ties to the church, Coke draws heavily from his own experiences of moving away from organised religion while continuing to wrestle with spirituality in his songwriting. Those themes are reflected in a sound that balances intimacy with scale, combining moments of fragility with flashes of intensity and release.
