Following on from the release of his brilliant album 'Cows On Hourglass Pond' back in March, Animal Collective's Dave Portner aka Avey Tare has now announced his plans for a new EP, arriving next week.
The new five-track collection 'Conference Of Birds / Birds In Disguise' is made up of studio recordings of live favourites from his tours over the past couple of years, is being previewed by the new singles 'Midnight Special', 'Red Light Water Show' and 'Disc One', and is due to be released on the 5th December via Domino Recordings.
Speaking about his new release, he said, “Early mornings at the bar. Deep conversations with a stranger. A Disney Night parade gone wrong. The White Album is 2 CDs.”
