With the producer set to release his highly-anticipated new album later next month, Avey Tare aka a.k.a Dave Portner of Animal Collective has now unveiled the next cut from his upcoming full-length.
The new single 'Taken Boy' follows on from the previously shared track 'Saturdays (Again)' in previewing his new LP 'Cows On Hourglass Pond', which is due to arrive on the 22nd March via Domino Recordings.
Captured during sessions between January - March 2018 by the producer at Laughing Gas in Asheville, NC, 'Cows On Hourglass Pond' was recorded on a Tascam 48 half-inch reel-to-reel tape machine. The album was then mixed by Adam McDaniel alongside Portner at drop of sun in Asheville, NC.
