Ben Howard announces new album 'Is It?'

Following on from the release of his highly-praised 2021 LP 'Collections From The Whiteout', Ben Howard has now announced his plans for a new studio album, arriving in the coming months.

The new full-length 'Is It?' was written in the wake of him having two transient ischemic attacks - known as mini-strokes - last year, an incident that highly impacted his writing for the new record. It is being previewed by the new lead single 'Couldn't Make It Up', and is set to be released on the 16th June via Island Records.

Speaking about the new release, he said, “I found it impossible not to dwell on the absurdity of it, that with one tiny clot, one can lose all faculties. It really ate into the writing of the record.”
