Bloc Party announce 'The High Life EP'

After recently returning with their much-loved single 'The High Life' and KennyHoopla collaboration 'Keep It Rolling' in recent months, Bloc Party have now announced their plans for a new EP, arriving next month.

The new offering 'The High Life EP' marks their first collection since their 2022 album 'Alpha Games', and is set to be released on the 21st July via Infectious / BMG.

Speaking about the new release, frontman Kele Okereke said, “When we were invited on the Paramore tour, we really wanted to get together and capture where the band was at and share that music. We got in the studio with our friend Charlie Andrew and this EP was the result – we’re very proud of these four tracks and they hopefully offer a little bridge between Alpha Games and what’s next for the band. To me, it's the sound of coming out of the wilderness and re-embracing life.”
