Boniface shares stripped-back version of 'Fumbling'

Having spent the year building up a devout following and catalogue of new music, which has led him to become one of our favourite new artists of the year, Boniface is now capping off 2018 with a stripped-back rendition of one of his latest singles.

The new humbled version of 'Fumbling' was recorded in London as the Canadian works on new material for his forthcoming debut album, and certainly gives a new angle to his progressive pop aesthetic.

Speaking about the new release, he said, "I usually find myself writing really intimate songs and then building them up to fill a room, but I love doing the opposite and deconstructing them. Especially since this song is such a conversational, stream of consciousness thing - I wanted to make it really sparse and just let it speak for itself. I kind of forgot how delicate and romantic this song could be, so I had a really nice time uncovering that again. Hope you like it!”
