Following on from a string of impressive offerings these last few years, including their highly-praised effort 'Demons' in recent months, Aberdeen-based outfit Calm Attack return once again with their euphoric new single 'This Is Our Time'.
Channelling the same broad and soaring alt-rock sound as acts like Biffy Clyro and Twin Atlantic, 'This Is Our Time' makes for a wonderfully rousing listen. Jam-packed with sweeping textures, a vibrant atmosphere, and some truly mesmerising vocals layered throughout, they are continuing their rise as one of the more compelling names on the scene right now.
While they have made incredible ground with a run of positive acclaim in recent years, 'This Is Our Time' still manages to deliver some brilliantly rich and inventive aesthetics. With such a strong and confident grasp over their sound, they are already looking like a name worth keeping a firm eye on for the future.
