Electronic project Case Against Time has unveiled 'Bee in the Cage', out now via OMNINORM LTD.
Built around analogue textures and hands-on production techniques, the track emerged from a malfunctioning synthesiser that introduced unstable tones and unusual sonic behaviour. Rather than correcting the issue, the imperfections were embraced, shaping the track’s distinctive, atmospheric character.
The result is a layered electronic piece driven more by texture than melody, with droning elements and subtle movements evoking a hive-like soundscape.
Written and produced by Eugene Smozhevsky, 'Bee in the Cage' reflects the project’s broader approach, combining tactile, hardware-based production with modern editing tools. The release also arrives alongside accompanying visuals, further expanding its conceptual world.
