DC Gore unveils moa moa remix of 'Millennium People'

Following on from the release of his highly-praised debut album 'All These Things' earlier this year, DC Gore has now returned to share a new remix of one of the record's standout offerings.

The new rework of 'Millennium People' comes courtesy of rising alt-pop band moa moa, and sees the original track revamped with additional vocals and beats to give the release a more intense sound.

Speaking about their remix, moa moa said, “’Millennium People’ takes the collapse of British self-grandeur to a neon-illuminated dance floor. We chose this song as we heard the fun DC Gore was having with every synth and guitar line. We wanted to elongate and manipulate this playfulness in our remix, experimenting with arpeggiated bass, disco strings, and catchy (yet possibly obnoxious) lead lines.”

While DC Gore added, “I love what moa moa have done with the remix because whilst the original has a somewhat cool detachment, their frenetic energy adds a sense of urgency to the whole thing.”
