De Moi - 'Drifting Intervals'

Throughout these last few years, Czech composer and producer Vojtech Vesely has seen his De Moi project grow from strength to strength. Creating this beautifully immersive aesthetic across a host of rich and well-crafted collections since he first emerged has given him this wildly adventurous spirit that always seeks to explore something new and interesting within his work. And with plenty of praise for his 2023 LP 'Idée Fixe', he makes his eagerly-awaited return to deliver 'Drifting Intervals', a warm and spellbinding addition to his ever-evolving catalogue.

Conjuring this beautifully rich and alluring texture for his newest outing, 'Drifting Intervals' is an eleven-track collection of interconnected compositions that all add this enriched ebb and flow to the album's tranquil direction. Creating very little movement as it plays in order to broaden the record's ambience, his newest offering makes for a beautifully serene listening experience, bringing together soft and emotive tones in order to deliver a transportive release brimming with a warming feel as often as possible.

It may have come after some time away from the scene, but 'Drifting Intervals' is a remarkably inviting return to form for him. Opting for a calmer and more alluring side to his craft, De Moi has set the standard for his captivating reverence across this full-length delight.
