Written years before the band found their current form, 'O Calamity' is a piece of the past reimagined for the present. Co-vocalist Tiger Cohen-Towell recalls sketching the early lyrics during a bar shift six years ago, long before the band’s current momentum. “It feels like an absolute world away,” she says, “but good songs never get old.”
While 'Drive to Goldenhammer' saw Divorce cement themselves as one of the UK’s most compelling new voices, earning critical acclaim and a sold-out headline at London’s KOKO, 'O Calamity' takes a more personal turn.
