DreamGood share new single 'Yo Ego'

Cinematic art-pop trio DreamGood return with ‘Yo Ego’, an inventive new single that fuses infectious synth-pop with playful introspection. Marking their first new release of 2026, the track examines the complicated relationship we all have with our own sense of self, balancing humour, confidence and vulnerability in equal measure.

Built around shimmering retro-inspired synthesisers, driving percussion and bursts of distorted guitar, ‘Yo Ego’ delivers an energetic sound while exploring how ego can act as both a source of strength and a stumbling block. But rather than taking itself too seriously, the song embraces the contradictions of human nature, creating a vibrant anthem that is as thoughtful as it is immediately memorable.

Made up of Mitchell Sloan, Joshua Heath and Glenn Heath, DreamGood continue to carve out a distinctive identity by blending cinematic production, poetic songwriting and experimental pop sensibilities. And with this new delight, the trio deliver another imaginative release that showcases both their musical ambition and their willingness to tackle familiar emotions from an unexpected angle.
