Empress Of announces new album 'For Your Consideration'

Following on from the release of her highly-praised 2020 LP 'I’m Your Empress Of' and 2022’s 'Save Me' EP, Empress Of has now announced her plans for a new studio album, arriving in the coming months.

The new full-length 'For Your Consideration' will include the previously shared outings 'Femenine' and 'Kiss Me' ft. Rina Sawayama, is being previewed by the new MUNA collaboration 'What's Love', and is set to be released on the 22nd March via Giant Music.

Speaking about the new record, she said, "I was in love with a director and he was announcing his ‘For Your Consideration’ campaign for the Oscars. He took me up on a hill and said he was emotionally unavailable and he kind of broke my heart. I went into the studio that day and we wrote a song called ‘For Your Consideration’ that reflects on glam and Hollywood. That was the gateway for the album and it gave me the opportunity to explore broader themes."
