Composer and producer Eric Angelo Bessel has announced the release of his new 7” EP 'Mirror at Night B-Sides', arriving on the 27th March via Lore City Music. The two-track release serves as a companion to 2025’s 'Mirror at Night', offering a pair of instrumental pieces that blur the lines between past and future, memory and imagination.
Leading the project is new single 'Double Helix', an immersive composition that unfolds with hushed intensity and spectral atmosphere, presenting an immersive soundscape that feels suspended in time. Bessel describes it as something that exists both ancient and futuristic, drifting like a half-remembered vision.
The EP also features 'Upstate', completing a concise yet expansive body of work rooted in ambient, drone, and ethereal textures. Written, recorded, mixed, and produced by the artist himself, with additional production by Jason Powers and mastering by Carl Saff, the release maintains his signature blend of analogue warmth and digital precision.
