Forever Factory shares new single 'Double Double Land'

Toronto musician and producer Alexander Zen has unveiled a new track under his solo project Forever Factory. The single, titled 'Double Double Land', offers the first taste of his upcoming EP 'Violence is Everywhere but Not Here', scheduled for release later this month.

Previously known for his work with bands Favours and Invasions, the artist now handles writing, performing, and recording duties on his own, creating music from his personal recording space in Toronto. The new track showcases his evolving solo sound, combining vintage synth tones, crisp guitar lines, electronic drum programming, and live percussion.

Influenced by acts such as New Order, Nation of Language, and Cold Cave, Forever Factory’s sound blends moody electronic textures with danceable rhythms. 'Double Double Land' sets the tone for the forthcoming EP, which continues his exploration of minimalist arrangements and emotionally charged songwriting.
