Gerry Cinnamon details new album 'The Bonny'

Despite a huge wave of buzz surrounding the release of his long-awaited new album, Gerry Cinnamon has now announced his plans to unveil his new studio record next month.

The new full-length 'The Bonny' will include the record's title-track, ‘Canter’, ‘Dark Days’, ‘Sun Queen’ and latest single ‘Where We’re Going’, and is expected to be released on the 17th April.

Speaking about his decision to release the album during the coronavirus outbreak, he said, “Anyone that knows me knows all I care about is folk having a class night and getting home safe, so it’s a no brainer to move some of the earlier dates. Not ideal, but pales in comparison to the shit other folk are going through.

“It’s probably not smart to release during a lockdown when the shops are closed and everyone’s isolating but no chance I’m letting folk down. Never gave a fuck about numbers anyway not gny start now. Album’s out 17th April.”
