Getting To Know... EZ Papi

Emerging artist EZ Papi steps into a more intimate and emotionally exposed space with his latest single 'Naked', a slow-burning R&B confessional years in the making. Rooted in vulnerability and restraint, the track captures the tension between emotional control and complete honesty, marking a defining moment in the artist’s evolution.

Originally written in 2019 under the influence of The Weeknd’s My Dear Melancholy, era, 'Naked' was initially envisioned as a placement during the creative window that would later shape After Hours. After attempts to get the record into the right hands ultimately fell short, EZ Papi held onto the song, until time and perspective transformed it into something far more personal.

So with the new single out now, we sat down with him to find out more about his origins and what has been inspiring him most over the years.
