After spending the last few months building and cultivating his sound, emerging newcomer pxzlation is now ready to introduce himself to the wider world with his vibrant debut single 'MONSTER'.
Harnessing a brilliantly bold and pulsing energy for his initial offering, 'MONSTER' makes for an immersive introduction to his sound so far. With his smooth and driven flow riding across a dynamic production throughout, he is kicking things off with a vivid opening number here.
So with the new single available to stream now, we sat down with him to find out more about his origins and what has been inspiring him most lately.

What was the first instrument you fell in love with?
I would say the Guitar, swiftly followed by the piano.
What kind of music did you love when you were younger?
It sounds cliche, but literally everything I grew up on was everything from RocknRoll to Jazz/Blues. If I had to pick one that stood out mainly throughout my childhood it would be Country.
What was the first album you remember owning?
I will be 100% real, I had my mum's old CD’s until I was like 9/10 I think, but the one album I 100% remember buying was in the Tesco Express near my house when I was 11. High School Musical The Movie Official Soundtrack. It still hits to this day.
What is the one song you wished you could have written yourself?
Mr. Brightside by The Killers. English National Anthem. End of conversation.
Do you have any habits or rituals you go through when trying to write new music?
I just like to relax and chill, get in a nice vibe, maybe a drink or two. Will listen to a beat or two that I have been sent, and if I catch a vibe on one I will make a demo. I have found myself making up to 10 demos a night before.
Who are your favourite artists you have found yourself listening to at the moment?
I would say the artist I have on repeat most are Brakence (just seen him live he was amazing), Lil Peep, the new Kid Cudi drop was crazy too, but my most go to is Juice WRLD so you know I am excited for ‘The Party Never Ends’ to drop.
If you could open a show for anyone in the world, who would it be?
I think my answer will surprise and divide a lot of people's opinions but I would love to open for The 1975. They are my favourite band and to be able to open for them and then sit back and witness the level of show they all put on, I think I would feel like I’m in a mini dream or something.
What do you find is the most rewarding part about being a musician?
Honestly I would say I just know I had like a slight impact on someone’s day being better, like it can be 10,000 people or it can be 6 people you know. I wouldn’t mind because I know that they heard MONSTER or they heard BOUNCE or they were getting bullied and then DREAM CIRCLE made them feel better. I am cool to go about my day if I know that happened.
And what is the most frustrating part?
I would say the expectations you put on yourself as an artist, you have to make every song a hit until you have a hit, then every song after has to also be a hit. I think artists don’t get appreciated for the stress they put on themself.
And what is the best piece of advice you have received as a musician?
It’s crazy, it was actually when I was 12 and I ain’t a psycho or anything but I got a good memory but I was at a gig at the Brixton O2 Academy for the artist Labrinth, wrote the likes of earthquake, sunshine, etc. I was fortunate enough to be invited backstage and into his dressing room to meet him, where we spoke briefly and I mentioned I wished to start a music career one day and he said ‘Just do what you wanna do’ and ‘if you want it you will make it happen’’ along those motivational lines. It stuck with me as a moment to remember and life advice to always carry, because this happened about 30 minutes or so before he was due on stage and while in the middle of vocal warm-ups and outfit fittings (ps. Reebok I know you sauced my guy good, I saw the stock you sent him, I am an 8) he actually took the time to be like. Let me pause my life and make this kids day. So it wasn’t even the motivational words I got out of him that stuck with me, it was his character.
